Purchased items are shipped by standard delivery by USPS within the timeframe listed in the product listing. Due to current shipping practices, there is no guarantee on how soon the carrier will deliver the product.

We DO currently ship internationally. If you are placing an order outside of the United States, please see the shipping choices and prices on our shipping page.
Handling fees are included in the shipping price outlined on the shipping page.
RETURN/REFUND:
All items are final sale. ZOE SKEMP INC. does not accept returns or offer refunds.

JEWELRY CARE:
All jewelry metals will eventually wear, this will naturally happen over time and it is perfectly natural and beautiful. Please treat your piece gently and with care and see below for more care instructions. For best care practices, please remove any jewelry before you take part in any exercise, cleaning, or any other activities where your pieces may be jostled, rubbed, or bumped.
PLATED PIECES: Try not to rub your plated pieces with anything that might wear down the surface and remove your pieces before engaging in physical activity or anything that may cause wear or harm to your piece. Use the brown plastic tarnish prevention pouch to keep your piece protected from tarnishing when you are not wearing it. The tarnishing process is totally natural and may happen gradually over time. Some people love the way it looks but if you would like to return your piece to it’s original vibrant state, soak it in some soapy water for about an hour and gently brush it very with a super soft toothbrush followed by rinsing with water and then let your piece air dry or wipe off the water with a lint-free smooth cloth. Limit the amount of wiping and rubbing and DO NOT use polishing cloths as they will remove the precious metal plating.
SOLID METAL PIECES: Please remove your pieces before engaging in physical activity or anything that may cause wear or harm to your piece. Try not to rub or bump your pieces with anything that might wear down the surface or cause scratches. Use the brown plastic tarnish prevention pouch to keep your piece protected from tarnishing when you are not wearing it. Restore the shine and brilliance of your piece with a soft polishing cloth included with your purchase, this cloth will get dirty over time but is still fine to use no matter how black it gets, do not wash this cloth as it contains a polishing compound. For extra cleaning, soak in a soapy water solution for up to an hour and gently brush with soft toothbrush followed by using the polishing cloth.
